Places of attraction

Altai is
a mountainous region famous for one of the most beautiful roads in the world, the Chuysky Tract. The turbulent Katun River flows here, turning a unique turquoise in spring and autumn. The snow never melts on the majestic Belukha Mountain, and the waves of Lake Teletskoye gently lap the shore. Visitors can enjoy a sightseeing tour, a ski or spa resort, a horseback riding trip, or a rafting trip.

Baikal
, the deepest lake in the world, is beautiful in any season: in summer, you can relax on beaches in secluded bays, and in winter, tourists come to see the famous, pristine Baikal ice with its intricate patterns of cracks and bubbles. You can also make a wish on a sacred island and meet a real shaman.

The Putorana Plateau is
one of the most inaccessible places in Russia. Access to the plateau is only by water or air; there is no communication and almost no people. Putorana is a mountainous landscape of peakless mountains, turbulent waterfalls, winding canyons, dense taiga, and 25,000 large and small lakes! A visit to the plateau will be a truly unforgettable experience, even for the most seasoned traveler.

Kamchatka
is a land of volcanoes, hills, and geysers. In winter, people come here for fantastic freeriding, and in summer, they explore the region on foot or from a helicopter. Khalaktyrsky Beach with its black sand, the rocky Avacha Bay, the otherworldly landscapes of geyser fields, thermal springs, and sea lion rookeries—all this is the amazing Kamchatka.

Karelia
is known as a lake region: there are over 70,000 lakes! The region's landscapes are stunningly beautiful—even a short weekend trip will fill you with harmony and tranquility. Be sure to visit the stunning Ruskeala Mountain Park, Lake Ladoga with its famous skerries, the Akhvenkoski Waterfalls with their wooden bridges over the water, and the charming town of Sortavala.

The Kola Peninsula:
The harsh yet captivating Arctic in all its glory. People come to the Kola Peninsula to hunt for the northern lights, admire majestic whales, or traverse the snowy expanses on snowmobiles. One of the most famous villages here is Teriberka, featured in the film "Leviathan."

Dagestan,
the region's name translated as "Land of Mountains," is full of contrasts: vibrant, bustling Makhachkala and the ghost village of Gamsutl, mountain peaks and Europe's largest canyon, Sulak, the turbulent Tobot Waterfall and the tranquil waters of the Chirkey Reservoir, where you can take a speedboat ride.

Sakhalin.
Here, at the edge of the earth, you can see the sunrise before anyone else in our country. Sakhalin boasts picturesque capes and quiet bays, delicious seafood, and an incredibly rich wildlife: here you can encounter a bear, observe Steller sea lions, or enjoy a bustling bird colony. Secluded grottoes, sheer cliffs, and solidified lava fields…
