What's included in the program?

The Kola Peninsula and its surroundings are a very special place.

Wildlife, waterfalls and tundra, rugged cliffs and vast expanses of the ocean, evidence of war and stories of heroism, picturesque capes and, of course, amazing wildlife. Incredibly vivid impressions await you on a short four-day journey through the summer Kola. You will explore the Sredny Peninsula and the Rybachy Peninsula, which is included in the ratings of the most beautiful places in our country.
Driving in comfortable, off-road-ready cars, we will make stops in the most beautiful locations: for example, at the secluded Titovsky waterfalls, on the Musta-Tunturi pass, on the German and Kekursky capes, at the “Two Brothers” rocks and on the Coast of Red Stones. We will go on walks, visit the most beautiful beaches near the Arctic Ocean and a ghost village lost in the heart of the tundra. And, of course, we will devote the whole day to Teriberka. This village at the end of the world has a surprising number of attractions, from the Dragon's Eggs beach to the famous huge swing. But our main goal here is a boat trip, during which you will see whales, killer whales, seals, and noisy bird colonies. Gastronomic discoveries await you on your journey: at the recreation center you can order dinner from the freshest seafood. Where else, if not on the very edge of the Barents Sea, can you try seafood delicacies?

More details about the route

Day 1. Waterfalls, Sredny Peninsula, Defense Museum

Let's meet in Murmansk and go on an adventure! In the vicinity of the village of Titovka we will visit the Titovsky waterfalls - low, but very picturesque water cascades surrounded by fabulous nature, where you feel with all your heart the harmony and serene tranquility of these places. Our next destination is the Sredny Peninsula, where you will learn about the history of the defense of the Russian North during the Second World War and visit the Museum of Defense of this region. To better imagine the events of those years, let’s climb the Musta-Tunturi pass, where the front line passed. You will have time to fully enjoy the landscapes of the Sredny Peninsula, since our entire route along its eastern coast will run through very beautiful locations. Then we will move to the Rybachy Peninsula, where we will check into a recreation center on the shore of the bay. Dinner will include seafood delicacies, which should be ordered in advance from the chef.

Day 2. Rybachy: capes German and Kekursky, ghost village

Today we will explore the Rybachy Peninsula, which is included in the TOP 15 most beautiful places in our country according to Google Maps. And there really are many locations here that will make your heart skip a beat when you look at them! You will visit Cape German, at the northernmost point of the European part of Russia, and see an ancient lighthouse and a unique well from the 16th century. From Cape Kekursky you will enjoy a panoramic view of the Arctic Ocean: incredible space, power and grandeur. Then we will visit Skorbeevskaya Bay and take a walk along the beach, and also look into the mysterious ghost village of Skorbeevsky in the heart of the tundra. In the evening - return to base, delicious dinner, exchange of impressions of this incredible day and a bathhouse if desired.

Day 3. West of the Middle Peninsula: rocks and inhabitants of the depths

We say goodbye to the base and go to the western coast of the peninsula, continuing to get acquainted with the harsh and poetic northern nature. Here you will see the Two Brothers rock outcrops, considered sacred by local indigenous peoples, and walk along the Red Rock Coast with its surreal landscapes, bizarre shapes and shades. From here you can see marine life: whales, killer whales, seals. We cannot guarantee a meeting, but we really hope that we will be lucky! We will also visit another location reminiscent of the heroic past of the region - a coastal artillery battery with underground premises. In the evening - arrival in Murmansk.

Day 4. Teriberka: boat trip, “Dragon Eggs”, lighthouse

On the last day of the tour you will have an excursion to Teriberka. This is perhaps the most famous village in the Murmansk region. Along the way, you will learn about its history from the guide; we will definitely make several stops in the most beautiful places along the route to walk a little and take beautiful pictures. Arriving in Teriberka, we immediately go out to sea - we will look for majestic whales, pass by noisy bird colonies and rookeries of fur seals, admire the famous stone beach “Dragons’ Eggs” from the water, look at the foamy Batareisky waterfall from a better angle and see the Teribersky lighthouse. Those interested will be able to do a little fishing from the ship. Returning to land, we will have a delicious lunch and continue exploring Teriberka during a walking tour. You will see all its main attractions, including the whale skeleton, and be sure to swing on the huge swing “at the end of the world.” In the evening - return to Murmansk. See you again!
