You will celebrate the arrival of the New Year 2025 and spend its first days in an atmosphere of magic, you will be able to make your cherished wishes in the Place of Power and take part in unusual master classes and entertainment.

This tour is filled with a variety of activities to suit every taste. In 5 days you will have time to ride a dog sled and learn how to sculpt real Buryat buuzes, and take part in a master class on blacksmithing. You will learn a lot about the traditions and beliefs of the region: visit an ethnographic museum recreating an 18th century Siberian village, and visit a Buryat family. You will spend two days on Olkhon Island, where you can enjoy tranquility, solitude and closeness to nature.
And, of course, you will see the famous Baikal ice - the cleanest and most transparent on the planet. Take a ride on an airboat, enjoying the vast expanses and fantastic views. There are many gastronomic adventures awaiting you on the tour. For example, during a tour of Irkutsk you will have lunch at the Okhotnikov restaurant, which is included in the TOP 100 best restaurants in the country. His calling card is dishes from Siberian game and fish. When visiting local families, you will enjoy homemade pancakes, rich buhler, buuz, sagudai from Baikal fish, and in the national cafe you will have a tasting of national drinks.

After gathering the group, we will go on a sightseeing tour of Irkutsk, and then you will have a hearty lunch at the Okhotnikov restaurant, one of the TOP 100 best restaurants in the country. Then, on the way to Listvyanka, we will stop at the Taltsy architectural and ethnographic museum. This amazing place dispels all the myths that museums are boring! You will plunge into the accurately recreated atmosphere of an 18th century Siberian village, with taverns, a fair and three horses flying past! Upon arrival and check-in at the hotel, you will have free time to relax and prepare for the holiday. At 23, the New Year's banquet starts with a rich table, live music and a host. Time to make a wish during the chimes!
Free time before lunch. After lunch we will go to a private estate, whose owners breed huskies and practice traditional crafts. You will take part in a master class on blacksmithing and have a blast riding a dog sled - as a passenger or a musher. We will warm up with aromatic tea and homemade pancakes, and then we will go to the cable car. Use it to go up to the Chersky Stone observation deck. Despite the fact that the site is located at a relatively low altitude (about 800 m), it offers a magnificent panorama of the lake. You will see Port Baikal, located at the source of the Angara, the famous Shaman Stone and the Khamar-Daban mountain range in a bluish haze. Return to the hotel by 17:30, free time and dinner (on your own).
We leave the hotel and go to one of the most famous attractions of Lake Baikal - Olkhon Island. On the way, we will make a stop at the Golden Horde ethnographic park and have lunch. You will see a traditional Buryat yurt and try signature dishes of Buryat cuisine. Then, by airboat (hovercraft), we will cross the Olkhon Gate - a picturesque strait separating Olkhon from the mainland. Let's enjoy the views of secluded bays and bays. On the island you will check into the atmospheric Baikal Wood Eco Lodge&SPA hotel - a corner of privacy and tranquility surrounded by stunning nature.
On this day you will get acquainted with Olkhon. We will take a walk to the most recognizable place on the island - Shamanka rock (also known as Cape Burkhan). The guide will tell you why this place is considered sacred and what legends are associated with it. You will also see 13 sacred serge pillars, decorated with colorful ribbons, and get acquainted with local rituals and rituals. For lunch we will go to a Buryat village, where you can not only eat delicious food, but also try your hand at sculpting the famous buuz. Hospitable hosts will tell you about the national traditions that are passed on from generation to generation. After lunch, return to the hotel and free time.
We return from Olkhon to the mainland by airship, then go by minibus to one of the Maloye More bays (the choice depends on the ice conditions). You will see the first ice - the cleanest ice of Lake Baikal, and you will be able to walk on it or go ice skating (skate rental is not included in the tour price). You will also be initiated into Baikal travelers and the Kiss of Baikal - a refreshing sip of the lake through a newly carved hole in the ice. Get your cameras ready: the shots on the ice, near the ice and through the ice will be mind-blowing! Then you will have lunch in a Buryat cafe and taste national drinks: Tarasun, Khorzo, Mongolian and Buryat tea. By 17:00 we will arrive in Irkutsk. After checking into the hotel, free time.

Average temperatures on Baikal in January are from -12 to -15 degrees. Possible cooling down to -20 or warming up to -5. It is better to take clothes with good wind protection - there are quite strong winds.
The tour is suitable for families with children over 6 years old. Children under 12 years old receive a 10% discount.
At the banquet at the Baikal Hotel there will be a host, animators, competitions and live music. Please note that the guide will not be with you on New Year's Eve - he will leave you around 17:00.
The program includes all expenses except lunch and dinner on the second day. The average bill for lunch or dinner is from 1 to 2 thousand rubles per person. Take extra cash if you plan to use the bathhouse or SPA complex of the hotel on Olkhon, buy souvenirs or rent skates.
