An oriental flair and a kaleidoscope of impressions: from medieval architecture to a unique modern solar complex, from the Tien Shan panorama to bustling oriental bazaars. We'll visit the country's three most famous historical centers—Samarkand, Bukhara, and Tashkent—as well as natural attractions.
This tour is for those who want to immerse themselves in an oriental fairytale and learn more about the history and culture of Uzbekistan. You'll see monumental yet graceful architectural ensembles, soaring minarets and intricate ornamentation, ancient neighborhoods with adobe houses and intricate arches. Of course, we'll visit authentic oriental bazaars—for example, Chorsu in Tashkent.
It impresses with its appearance, ornate dome, indescribable atmosphere, and variety of goods.
Centuries-old history harmoniously intertwines with Soviet heritage and modernity: during the trip, you'll have time to stroll through the capital's modern center and ride the Tashkent metro, instantly recognizable to anyone who has ridden the Moscow subway. A visit to the Institute of the Sun with its unique Large Solar Furnace is always a particularly memorable experience for all our tourists. Here you can enjoy panoramic views of the mountain ranges and valleys.
A culinary adventure awaits you, too. No tour of Uzbekistan would be complete without the famous Uzbek plov, and we'll visit the Central Asian Plov Center, where 10 tons of this national dish are prepared daily! The program also includes a tour of the Shokhrud winery and a tasting of local beverages.

We recommend taking a stroll through the capital's modern center. Tashkent boasts architectural monuments over 2,000 years old, but you'll see them on tours. Today, experience a different side of the city—a 21st-century metropolis with gleaming glass skyscrapers and shopping malls. Be sure to take the metro—it's rightfully considered one of the most beautiful subways in the world.

After breakfast at the hotel, we'll head to the Old City. We'll visit the religious heart of the city—Khast-Imam Square, with its madrasah, mosque, and mausoleum, surrounded by ancient adobe buildings. We'll also stop by the authentic oriental Chorsu Bazaar.
After lunch at Besh Kozon, a place famous for its plov, you'll have some free time to relax or explore on your own. Then, we invite you on a tour of Tashkent by night: you'll stroll through Ankhor Park and Amir Temur Square, admire the Minor Mosque illuminated at night, see the Bolshoi Theater, the National Library, and much more.

Today we'll take a tour of the Solar Institute near Tashkent. This site will captivate even those unfamiliar with science. You'll see one of the two solar furnaces in the world, with a concentrator temperature reaching 3,000 degrees Celsius. Here we'll also visit an observation deck with panoramic views of the mountains and villages scattered across the valley.
After returning to Tashkent, we'll have free time before departing for Samarkand on the evening train.

We'll dedicate this day to exploring the "Pearl of the East"—an ancient city that could be called an open-air museum. Once a passageway for caravans traveling along the Silk Road, it has preserved the incomparable atmosphere of the colorful, majestic, and mysterious Asian Middle Ages.
We'll visit Registan Square, once home to shopping arcades and now home to three majestic madrassas. We'll visit Tamerlane's tomb, the legendary Bibi-Khanum Mosque, the Siab Bazaar, and other attractions, the diversity of which creates the remarkable image of Samarkand.

We'll take the day train to Bukhara. This city, steeped in history, was once the most important political and religious center of the East; its historic center is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You'll see unique architectural ensembles, stroll through Lyabi-Khauz Square, and admire the monumental Kukeldash Madrasah. We'll also visit the 16th-century shopping district, home to covered markets and traditional workshops.
In the afternoon, we'll visit the Shokhrud Winery for a wine and cognac tasting.

One day isn't enough to see all the wonders of Bukhara, so today we'll continue exploring the city's sights. The highlight of the program is a visit to the Poi-Kalyan complex, built between the 12th and 16th centuries. It's the city's main symbol, and you've likely seen photographs of it in any article about Bukhara and Uzbekistan in general. We'll also visit the Samanid Mausoleum, admire the stunning forms of the Ark Fortress, and learn about the mysteries and legends of the Chashma-Ayub Mausoleum.
At the end of the day, we can either remain in Bukhara or take the evening train to Tashkent.
Breakfast at the hotel and departure from Bukhara or Tashkent. See you soon!
We've selected small, authentic 3-star hotels that combine a decent level of comfort with traditional decor.
We'll travel between cities on the Afrosiab or Sharq trains. Intracity transfers are provided by comfortable cars, buses, or minibuses, depending on the group size.
The tour price includes breakfast and lunch on the second day, and breakfast on the remaining days starting from the third.
Meals not included in the tour price. Entrance fees to attractions in the cities where you're staying. Souvenirs and gifts.
