Oriental flavor and a kaleidoscope of impressions: from medieval architecture to a unique modern solar complex, from the panorama of the Tien Shan to noisy oriental bazaars. We will visit the three most famous historical centers of the country - Samarkand, Bukhara and Tashkent, as well as natural attractions.
This tour is for those who want to feel the mood of an oriental fairy tale and learn more about the history and culture of Uzbekistan.
You will see monumental and at the same time elegant architectural ensembles, soaring minarets and elaborate ornaments, ancient quarters with adobe houses and fancy arches. Of course, we will visit real oriental bazaars - for example, Chorsu in Tashkent. It impresses with its appearance, its decorated dome, indescribable atmosphere and variety of goods.
Centuries-old history is harmoniously intertwined with Soviet heritage and modernity: during your trip you will have time to stroll through the modern center of the capital and take a ride on the Tashkent metro, unmistakably recognizable to anyone who has descended into the Moscow metro.
A visit to the Institute of the Sun with its unique Large Solar Furnace always remains a particularly vivid impression for all our tourists. Here you can enjoy panoramic views of the mountain ranges and valleys. Gastronomic adventures await you too. No tour to Uzbekistan can do without the famous Uzbek pilaf, and we will go to the Central Asian pilaf center, where 10 tons of this national dish are prepared daily! The program also includes a tour of the Shokhrud winery and tasting of local drinks.

We recommend taking a walk through the modern center of the capital. There are architectural monuments in Tashkent that are more than 2000 years old, but you will see them on excursions. Today, get acquainted with a different image of the city - a metropolis of the 21st century, where there are sparkling glass skyscrapers and shopping centers. Be sure to take the metro - it is rightfully considered one of the most beautiful subways in the world.
After breakfast at the hotel, we head to the Old Town.
We will visit the religious heart of the city - Khast-Imam Square with a madrasah, a mosque and a mausoleum, surrounded by ancient adobe buildings. Let's take a look at the real oriental Chorsu bazaar. After lunch at Besh Kozon, a place famous for its pilaf, you will have some free time for relaxation or independent walks. And then we invite you on an evening tour of Tashkent: you will stroll through Ankhor Park and Amir Temur Square, admire the Minor Mosque illuminated at night, see the Bolshoi Theater, the National Library and much more.
Today we will go on an excursion to the Solar Institute in the vicinity of Tashkent.
This object will interest even those who are far from science. You will see one of the two Solar Furnaces existing in the world, the temperature at the concentrator of which reaches three thousand degrees. Here we will also visit the observation deck, from which you can see a panorama of the mountains and villages scattered throughout the valley. After returning to Tashkent, free time and departure to Samarkand by evening train.
We will devote this day to exploring the “Pearl of the Orient” - the oldest city that can be called an open-air museum.
Once upon a time, caravans traveling along the Silk Road passed through it, and since then the incomparable atmosphere of the colorful, majestic and mysterious Asian Middle Ages has been preserved here. We will visit Registan Square, where shopping arcades used to be located, and today there are three majestic madrassas. We will visit the tomb of Tamerlane, the legendary Bibi-Khanum mosque, the Siab bazaar and other attractions, the diversity of which creates the amazing image of Samarkand.
We take an afternoon train to Bukhara.
This city with a rich history was once the most important political and religious center of the East, its historical center is included in the UNESCO heritage list. You will see unique architectural ensembles, walk along Lyabi-Khauz Square, and admire the monumental view of the Kukeldash Madrasah. We will also visit the commercial quarter, dating back to the 16th century, with covered markets and traditional workshops. In the afternoon we go to the Shokhrud winery, where we will take part in a wine and cognac tasting.
One day is not enough to see all the wonders of Bukhara, so today we will continue to explore the sights of the city.
The main point of the program is a visit to the Poi-Kalyan complex, built in the 12-16th centuries. He is the main symbol of the city and you have probably seen his photographs in any article about Bukhara and Uzbekistan in general. We will also visit the Samanid mausoleum, admire the amazing forms of the Ark fortress, and get acquainted with the mysteries and legends of the Chashma-Ayyub mausoleum. At the end of the day, we can either stay in Bukhara or take the evening train to Tashkent.
