This tour is for those who are just trying freeride and want to improve their skills. Pristine snow far from the pistes, speed and adrenaline - and all this is surrounded by the unique landscapes of Kamchatka: volcanoes, hills, the ocean, birch forests. Transfers during the tour are carried out by snowmobile and helicopter, which will give even more emotions and impressions.

Winter Kamchatka is endless snow fields leading to the majestic ocean, passes and hills, volcanoes and thermal springs. You will be able to get an unforgettable freeride experience, improve your skills and enjoy a whole week of active recreation. The program includes snowmobile rides and ski touring. One day you will be transferred by helicopter - a great chance to see Kamchatka from above. After skiing, we will stop by thermal springs, another of the local natural attractions. Relaxing in the warm healing water, among the clouds of steam curling in the frosty air... it seems like the perfect end to the day! Throughout the tour, you will be accompanied by experienced guides to ensure your safety. You will receive avalanche safety training, receive avalanche equipment and learn how to use it. We also always closely monitor weather conditions and snow conditions and change locations as necessary. The program provides a spare day so that you can react flexibly to the vagaries of the weather and change plans if necessary. On this day you will be able to choose your own entertainment: dog sledding, visiting the most famous and picturesque locations, surfing, walking or anything else to your taste.
A cozy and beautiful guest house just 10 minutes from the center of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, as well as in close proximity to Mishennaya Sopka. Homely atmosphere, eco-friendly interiors and incredibly helpful staff. The guest complex has a wonderful sauna, bar and restaurant serving continental breakfasts and seafood dishes. The windows offer panoramic views of Avacha Bay.
A country hotel with several accommodation options: cozy houses with panoramic windows and terraces or comfortable bright rooms in the main complex. Wood and light colors in the interior design, floor-to-ceiling windows, closeness to nature, silence and privacy - all this creates a special atmosphere and helps you relax after an active day in the mountains.
We meet at the Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky airport. After transfer to your place of residence and check-in, we will arrange a short briefing: you will meet the guides who will accompany you on the tour and undergo a safety briefing. We will distribute equipment, including avalanche equipment, and talk about its use. In the evening - free time for rest and acclimatization.
On the first full day of the program, we will arrange a skiing session at the ski resort (Krasnaya Sopka or Moroznaya). Descents both on prepared slopes and off-piste. Let's practice theoretical knowledge about the use of avalanche equipment. In the evening - a delicious dinner of Kamchatka delicacies prepared by our experienced chef.
Freeride descents are finally waiting for you today! The transfer will be made on snowmobiles. You will make up to 3 descents through picturesque terrain, along snow-white slopes - straight to the majestic ocean. Incredible emotions and unique experience!
On the fourth day you will complete up to 3 descents. Elevation difference up to 700 meters. We also organize meals along the route, with a beautiful view. To relax after an active day, we will visit the thermal springs in the evening. Hot water with steam rising above it, and a view of endless mountain ranges, hills and volcanoes...
Today a helicopter will take you to the skiing area. Breathtaking views of the Kamchatka peaks from a bird's eye view are another vivid impression in the collection of emotions from this trip. Disembarkation, descent, several ski touring ascents. We return to the hotel by car.
Snowmobile rides. Skiing area - Vilyuchinsky Pass (as on other days, the guides choose the skiing area shortly before the transfer, taking into account the weather and snow conditions). Short descents of 1-2 km, elevation difference 300-500 m, up to eight descents per day. On the way back we will stop at the thermal springs again.
This is a free day on which you can choose your own entertainment: continue downhill on the ski slopes or off-piste, go dog sledding, surf in the ocean, on a beach with black volcanic sand, or any other activity. This day also serves as a reserve day in case we are forced to change plans due to weather on some other day of the program.
After breakfast we will take you to the airport. On the way, we will stop at souvenir shops and a fish market so that you can buy gifts and gifts for yourself and your loved ones. See you again!
You don't need to have much off-piste experience. You should feel confident on the track and have a minimum of positive freeride experience - at a minimum, not waste time after a fall, but just get up and move on.
You can bring your own equipment. For those who arrive without it, we will select high-quality modern equipment for rent (additional charge) for the entire duration of their stay in Kamchatka.
Average daily temperatures in winter are -8, -10, in the first weeks of spring -3, -5. As in any other mountainous region, the weather in Kamchatka is unpredictable, sudden cold snaps and gusts of wind are possible.
The price of the program does not include airfare, equipment rental, entrance to thermal springs and ski passes for skiing on the ski resort. You also arrange your own health insurance.
