A truly exclusive retreat for VIP guests, this complex consists of two chalets, a spacious sauna, and a restaurant. This property accommodates up to 20 people, and rooms are not rented individually: you and your family or group will be the only ones staying on the complex.

The bathhouse complex features a classic Russian banya with a large relaxation area and a plunge pool for a post-steam soak. There's also a hammam and thermal pools. Guests can use the barbecue areas, relax in the indoor grill pavilion, and explore the grounds and surrounding area by bicycle. The complex also has its own helipad. A chef and a professional team are on hand to prepare à la carte dishes or fulfill any custom order. Many dishes feature vegetables grown in the hotel's greenhouses.
