A small, cozy town with a famous port. Honfleur has played very different roles throughout history: it was a crucial defensive point in Normandy and inspired 19th-century artists, and today it has become one of the most charming resort towns in France. Medieval buildings and a beautiful harbor await you here.
Mont Saint-Michel
Mont Saint-Michel is known as the "Eighth Wonder of the World." It is an island fortress crowned by a majestic monastery. It combines military and religious architecture, harmoniously blending into the picturesque landscape. With gardens and covered galleries, narrow streets and passages, Mont Saint-Michel is a multi-level masterpiece.
Rouen
Rouen is known as the city of a hundred bell towers. It boasts numerous cathedrals and churches, the most remarkable of which is, of course, the Gothic cathedral. Soaring spires, stone lacework, stained-glass windows sparkling in the sun, an ancient medieval clock, and a square with a tragic history.
Saint-Malo
The "City of Corsairs" is primarily interesting for its well-preserved ramparts and impressive 15th-century fortress. A stroll through Saint-Malo offers numerous historical landmarks and ancient buildings, including a cathedral in a restrained Gothic style.
Alabaster Coast
One of the most stunning landscapes in Europe: snow-white cliffs covered in greenery on top, graceful stone arches with azure waters lapping at their feet. Cognac
A quiet town famous for its namesake cognac. Legendary cognac houses like Hennessy and others are located here, but the smaller, privately owned companies, whose spirits possess a distinctive character, deserve special attention. We invite you to visit both large and family-run cognac producers.
Nectar
A wine-growing region renowned for its red wines, it's home to four of Bordeaux's "Big Five." A must-see for wine lovers looking to sample exquisite varieties. The landscapes and atmosphere of the Médoc will also leave a lasting impression.
Burgundy and Champagne
One of the best food and wine routes runs through the Burgundy and Champagne regions. You'll visit Chablis, Beaune, Épernay, Aloxe-Corton, and Vosne-Romanée, and travel along the Grand Crus Wine Route. Along this journey, you'll also have the chance to sample the spiced bread and mustard of Dijon, the sausage of Troyes, and the rosé biscuits of Reims.
Arcachon Bay
The Arcachon lagoon is located less than an hour's drive from Bordeaux. It's a lively and beautiful resort, one of whose main attractions is Europe's tallest sand dune.
