The task is to process orders for rental of sports equipment (skis/boards). Calling customer requests and creating reservations in Excel for the rental manager.
Requirements:
- Know the topic of alpine skiing (alpine skiing/snowboarding);
- Have an idea about the ski resorts of Krasnaya Polyana and others in the Russian Federation;
- Be able to work in the Bitrix24 CRM system, Microsoft Excel.
- Have a pleasant, friendly, quick and to the point communication style.
Tasks:
- Call requests for equipment reservations, confirm dates and contents, answer questions;
- Fill out information in Bitrix24, create contacts and transactions.
- Prepare a reservation in MS Excel.
- Send the reservation to the client and rental manager.
Piece payment + Bonus% based on monthly results!
