Training is available in all main sectors of the Sheregesh resort. The ski school office is located on the slope leading to the main sector, Sector A.

HOW TO PAY FOR CLASSES?
For your convenience, payment is processed in two stages:
1. You submit a request on the website or through an operator, receive a voucher by email, and pay a 20% advance payment to reserve a spot in the group for the desired dates.
2. Full payment is due one day before classes begin at the school office!
HOW TO CANCEL A BOOKING?
It's easy! Simply reply to the email you received the confirmation with your wish to cancel your reservation. Please include your full name and the card number used to make the prepayment. You can cancel up to 3 days before the start of your class, with no fees! If you don't show up for class, your prepayment is non-refundable
HOW TO CANCEL SCHOOL CLASSES?
In the event of cancellation of classes at school, the following conditions apply:
- In case of cancellation, the funds paid for the course are not refunded, but can be transferred to any other school service;
- In the event of cancellation due to injury or illness of an adult or child, money will be refunded for missed classes. A hospital or doctor's note is required.
IF WE WANT MORE DAYS OF CLASSES?
The course can be extended for any number of days. The discount will be applied based on the minimum course length: 4 days for a 3-day course, and 6 or more days for a 5-day course!
You can start training in a group of one level and gradually move on to groups of a more advanced level!
WHERE ARE CLASSES HELD?
All classes take place on the slopes of the Sheregesh resort on trails appropriate to the level of the group/student.
The meeting point with instructors is 41 Snezhnaya Street . The Zubr café building , ground floor, is for rent. Marked on the map in your reservation.
IF IT'S YOUR FIRST TIME?
Children aged 5 and up progress confidently in mini-groups with their peers. The program is designed to help them master proper technique in a playful way on a safe slope.
Very young children, 3-4 years old, master the technique in a playful way.
Older children and adults easily master the technique and, upon completion of the course, can ski down the green and blue slopes of any resort.
IF THE CHILD RIDES WELL?
For children of all ages, we offer individual programs tailored to their level, allowing them to receive the instructor's attention and demonstrate positive progress throughout their training.
The program is tailored to the level and preferences of children and parents. All slopes and resort infrastructure are available for practice.
DO YOU NEED A SKIPASS?
For children and adults ready to conquer the resort's slopes, the resort's ski pass sales rules apply. Please inquire about the price at the resort ticket office.
