HOW TO PAY FOR CLASSES?
For your convenience, payment is processed in two stages:
1. You submit a request on the website or through an operator, receive a voucher by email, and pay a 10% deposit to reserve a spot in the group for the desired dates.
2. Full payment is due one day before classes begin at the school office!
HOW TO CANCEL A BOOKING?
It's easy! Simply reply to the email you received the confirmation with your wish to cancel your reservation. Please include your full name and the card number used to make the prepayment. You can cancel up to 3 days before the start of your class, with no fees! If you don't show up for class, your prepayment is non-refundable
HOW TO CANCEL SCHOOL CLASSES?
In the event of cancellation of classes at school, the following conditions apply:
- In case of cancellation, the funds paid for the course are not refunded, but can be transferred to any other school service;
- In the event of cancellation due to injury or illness of an adult or child, money will be refunded for missed classes. A hospital or doctor's note is required.
WHERE ARE CLASSES HELD?
For full-day lessons, the instructor will meet you at your hotel.
For half-day lessons, the meeting point is Sunnegga Top, as indicated on the map in your booking.
IF WE WANT MORE DAYS OF CLASSES?
Private lessons can be of any duration. Discounts for multi-day lessons are calculated individually. Please contact our operators!
IF IT'S YOUR FIRST TIME?
Children aged 5 and up progress confidently through individual lessons with an instructor. The program is designed to teach proper technique in a fun, safe way on a slope.
Very young children, 3-4 years old, master the technique in a playful way.
Older children and adults easily master the technique and, upon completion of the course, can ski down the green and blue slopes of any resort.
DO YOU NEED A SKIPASS?
Children of all ages and adults are required to have a ski pass to ascend to the level where group and individual training takes place!
