Mountain Altai
Mountain Altai is a fantastic nature in summer and winter. Images from here can be confused with photographs of the Alps or Pyrenees: snow-capped peaks, flowering valleys, dizzying waterfalls and rushing rivers. Add to this the rich history and culture of the region, cuisine made from local products (game, berries, the freshest fish, cheese, honey from local apiaries) and endless opportunities for active recreation... It is not surprising that tourists return here again and again, at any time of the year.
Season in Altai: spring-summer season from May 1 to October 31

Chuysky tract
Included in the TOP 10 most beautiful roads in the world according to National Geographic. Traveling along the Chuysky tract in a comfortable minibus or sports cars, you will often want to stop to take pictures of the breathtaking views!
Mount Belukha
One of the highest mountains in Russia and the highest point in Altai (4509 m). A must-see travel destination for anyone who is in love with the mountains. The main river of Altai, the Katun, originates on the snow-covered slopes of Belukha.
Lake Teletskoye
“Baikal’s younger brother”, a long lake with picturesque bays and rocky shores. The easiest way to reach the lake is from the north. The journey to southern Teletskoye will be more difficult, but what you see along the way is worth it!
Valley of the Chulyshman River
The view of the valley from the Katu-Yaryk pass is perhaps one of the most majestic sights in Altai. The valley itself is sparsely populated, there are no crowds of tourists, but there are dozens of waterfalls and real places of power.
Geyser Lake
A fascinating sight: a small lake with blue clay and springs that draw fantastic patterns on the water.
Altai "Mars"
You don't need a rocket to travel to another planet - we will take you to Altai Mars, where the cosmic landscape of all shades of red contrasts with the snow-white peaks of the South Chuya Range on the horizon.
Uchar Waterfall

Arrival in Altai
Transfer from Gorno-Altaisk or Barnaul airport: comfortable Mercedes minibuses or individual transfer in Land Cruiser 200 or business sedans. The road is about 100 km long (1-2 hours).

Emurlinsky waterfall
A breathtaking route to a hard-to-reach waterfall on Nizhnyaya Katun, on powerful Sokol ATVs. It is impossible to get here by car - only on ATVs or horses. We will drive through fields, among mountain peaks, crossing rivers and overcoming muddy areas.
The sight that awaits us at the end of the journey is worth all the difficulties of the route. Located deep in the taiga and hidden from most tourists, the Emurlinsky waterfall is truly amazing: due to the fact that the rock underneath is covered with thick moss, the flow of clear water seems emerald. And in winter it completely freezes in an unusual pattern!
Meals: at the waterfall we will drink Altai tea with mountain honey and have a picnic with pilaf prepared according to an old recipe.

Rafting on the Katun River
A fantastic combination: extreme adventure, adrenaline rush, amazing beauty of the mountains and the main Altai River, strengthening team spirit. You will overcome rapids of 2-4 difficulty categories. Even if you have never been rafting, a professional instructor will prepare you for rafting and monitor your safety along the route. We also provide all the necessary modern equipment (wetsuit, life jacket, safety helmet, paddle).
To celebrate the victory over the stormy waters and calmly enjoy the surrounding beauty, after the rafting we will have a picnic on the shore.

Dizzying serpentines, turquoise waters of Altai rivers, observation decks on the passes, which offer gorgeous views of the mountains and flowering plains - all this will make even the most experienced travelers freeze with delight. You will not only enjoy the views, but also touch the Altai history: the tour includes a visit to the Kalbak-Tash petroglyphs - drawings that have been preserved after thousands of years. We will talk about the myths and legends of Altai, as well as the real history of this region and its people.

History of Altai

The hotel is located in a picturesque location on the banks of the Katun and is ideal for getting into the local flavor. You can choose accommodation in cozy, well-appointed houses with panoramic windows (view of the river) or in an ail - a national Altai dwelling. On the territory there is a bathhouse, a cafe, and gazebos on the shore. Atmospheric events are regularly held here - for example, you will hear traditional throat singing from real representatives of the Altai people.

Helicopter ride to Belukha
The highest point of the Altai Mountains is 4509 m above sea level. Only climbers with high-altitude training have the opportunity to get to the top, overcoming eternal glaciers and snow-covered rocks, and enjoy the pristine beauty and panoramic views of mountain ranges. Due to acclimatization, the climb takes up to two weeks, but you can get there in just 3 hours by helicopter! On the way we will see the Akkem glacier, the valley of seven lakes and the Lake of Mountain Spirits.
The program includes a flight over the two peaks of Belukha and landing on Lake Akkem - here we will relax, have a picnic overlooking the mountain ranges and take fantastic pictures to remember the adventure.

Valley of the Chulyshman River
The most beautiful places with untouched nature are always difficult to access. Such is the Chulyshman valley, formed after the glacier disappeared. The panorama of the valley from the height of the Katu-Yaryk pass is one of the “calling cards” of Altai, which only a few tourists manage to see in person, since the road here cannot be called easy. The valley also contains the famous “stone mushrooms”, Uchar waterfall (the largest in Altai) and Kurkure waterfall.
Transport: You can choose a travel format convenient for you.
1 - Ride along the valley to Lake Teletskoye in an SUV (gravel road, the trip will take two to three days and only in the summer season).
2 – See the main attractions from a helicopter (3 hours). There are stops for picnics and photo sessions (winter and summer).

Lake Teletskoye by boat
A journey across the endless expanse of the largest Altai lake. In three hours we will walk about 70 kilometers, see secluded bays, visit several waterfalls and learn about the legends associated with them.
