Tour program of your choice

Beijing: From the Forbidden City to Tea Ceremonies

We'll meet you at the airport and arrange a private transfer to your hotel. After checking in, you can begin exploring the capital with a personal Russian-speaking guide! Beijing is a city that can't be seen in one day, so we suggest staying longer to soak up its multifaceted atmosphere. The country's iconic landmarks are located here: the Forbidden City, the imperial residence for five centuries; Tiananmen Square, which played a tragic role in China's modern history; and the Temple of Heaven, where Ming Dynasty rulers prayed for a bountiful harvest. In the northwest of the city lies the Yiheyuan Summer Palace with its picturesque parks and Kunming Lake. We'll also visit the Mutianyu section of the Great Wall of China, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World, where you can enjoy panoramic views without the crowds.

Beyond its historical heritage, Beijing also impresses with its gastronomy. A traditional Peking duck dinner is a true ritual, and we can arrange a traditional tea ceremony for you in ancient teahouses. Those seeking unusual experiences can stroll along Dashilan Shopping Street, where ancient shops stand alongside modern boutiques, or visit Olympic venues like the Gnezdo Stadium and the Water Cube. If you wish, you can visit a jade factory, undergo a diagnostic examination at a Chinese medicine center, and end the day with a foot massage.

Xi'an: Ancient Pagoda and Terracotta Army

Xi'an is the ancient capital of China, the starting point of the Silk Road, and one of the country's most important cultural centers. It's a worthy addition to your exploration of China after visiting Beijing. We suggest traveling there by high-speed train—the most convenient and fastest way to get there from the capital. After checking into your hotel, we'll begin exploring the city's main attractions! Our first stop is the ancient City Wall, built in the 14th century. It offers stunning panoramic views of the old city. Afterward, we suggest heading to the Great Wild Goose Pagoda, a 7th-century temple complex that housed Buddhist texts brought from India. Lunch in Xi'an will be another unforgettable experience: we invite you to a dumpling feast, a traditional Shaanxi treat featuring dozens of dumpling varieties!

Perhaps Xi'an's most iconic landmark is the Terracotta Army, one of the largest archaeological discoveries of the 20th century. More than eight thousand terracotta warriors guard the tomb of China's first emperor, Qin Shi Huang. The figures are exquisitely detailed, each with individual facial features, clothing, and armor. A truly impressive sight! In Xi'an, you can also visit the Art Ceramics Factory, where traditional hand-painted ceramics are created. In the evening, we suggest strolling along the Everlasting Street of Xianzhuangqiao, stopping in at cozy teahouses or restaurants, and then enjoying the evening lights at South Jinchuan Lake, one of the city's most picturesque spots.

Chengdu Panda Breeding Center and Sichuan Opera

Travel to Chengdu from Xi'an by train in a business or premium class carriage. Upon arrival, we offer an evening show, "Sichuan Opera with Mask Changes." In Chengdu, we'll take a city tour and, of course, visit the Chengdu Giant Panda Breeding Center, one of the world's largest conservation centers for these rare and captivating animals. After lunch at a Sichuan restaurant, we invite you to stroll through the "Narrow and Wide Alley" district, where you can soak up the atmosphere of Sichuan culture amidst a unique blend of ancient and modern architecture. After your walk, you can enjoy free time to explore Chengdu on your own. History buffs can enjoy a tour of the Dujiangyan Dam, one of the oldest irrigation structures in the world, operating for over 3,000 years. You can conclude the day with a visit to Mount Qingcheng, a sacred Taoist site with picturesque landscapes, waterfalls, and ancient temples, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
