A breathtaking route awaits you: panoramic views of the Gulf of Oman and serpentine roads leading to natural wonders. The first stop will be the Bimmah sinkhole, a deep natural basin filled with clear seawater. Locals believe it was formed by a meteorite impact, but in reality, it was created by underground limestone processes. This impressive site seems to connect two worlds—land and ocean. Our route then leads to Wadi Shaab, one of the most picturesque gorges in the region. You'll embark on an easy trek through the canyon, where emerald pools alternate with cliffs and lush vegetation. Optionally, you can explore a hidden cave with a waterfall, accessible only by swimming through a narrow rock passage.
Nearby is Wadi Tiwi, a valley dotted with traditional villages scattered among palm groves. The ancient falaj system—underground canals that carry water from the mountains to homes and gardens—is still used here. Today's route concludes in the Wahiba Sands desert, where the dunes seem to come alive in the rays of the setting sun. The sand ranges in color from white to warm gold and almost black. The route's final destination is the mountainous region of Jebel Akhdar. Here, at an altitude of over 2,000 meters, the air becomes fresh, and the landscape is completely different: terraces with trees and flowers, stone paths, and breathtaking views of deep gorges. You'll climb to the summit along a mountain trail, and in the evening, rest and dine at your hotel—in the quiet of the highlands, amid the cool air and stars.
