How do I cancel a reservation?
Just say the word "Cancel." Send it by email to book@gondo.ru or say it over the phone. Cancellation is possible at any time before you accept the equipment.

Everything is fair: you make a small advance payment and we guarantee the availability of equipment and instructors!
Payment is accepted in cash, Sberbank Online, or through a Sberbank payment terminal (0% commission for all cards).
If you're not ready to make an advance payment, we can't guarantee the availability of equipment. We work on a first come, first served basis!
How to change skis/snowboard/boots/bindings/poles, etc.
Just visit the rental shop where you picked up your gear and exchange anything you want for something more suitable! We'll do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction!
Standard rental rules
The procedure for registering equipment for rental:
- After agreeing on the equipment and rental price, you must sign a rental agreement and pay the remaining 80% of the rental fee for the selected time. The rental agreement can be completed directly at the rental location or delivered to your room along with the equipment.
To draw up a rental agreement you need:
- A Russian citizen's passport or a cash deposit covering the cost of the rented equipment.
- Payment is made for the entire skiing period; cash and credit cards are accepted. Equipment is issued daily; if equipment is returned after the paid time, hourly rates apply.
The procedure for returning rental equipment:
- Upon return of sports equipment, a rental employee inspects the technical condition of all equipment. If any damage or breakage is found, the amount of the damage will be deducted from the deposit or paid directly to the rental office.
