Let's name just a couple of objective advantages of booking services with GO&DO:

How to book inventory or services on the website?

It's very simple, we removed all the unnecessary stuff and left the booking form zen! Indicate only your Name and Phone Number, everything else will be clarified by our friendly and experienced operator!

  1. You choose a resort and the necessary services on the website;
  2. Leave a request (if you are in a hurry, your name and phone number are enough)
  3. We select for you the best options for equipment and training courses under the best conditions;
  4. You accumulate bonuses and get discounts on your next booking!

How to cancel a reservation?

One word “Cancel” is enough. Send it by mail to book@gondo.ru or tell it by phone. Cancellation is possible at any time until you have accepted the equipment.

100% guarantee of availability of inventory and services

Everything is fair, you make a small advance payment and we guarantee the availability of equipment and instructors!

Payment is accepted in cash, Sberbank Online or through a Sberbank payment terminal (any cards have a 0% commission).

If you are not ready to make an advance payment, we will not be able to guarantee the availability of equipment, we work on the principle that whoever pays first gets the slippers!

How to change skis/snowboard/boots/bindings/poles, etc.

Just go to the rental office where you received the equipment and exchange everything you want for options that suit you better! We will do our best to make you satisfied!

Standard rental rules

Procedure for registering equipment for rental:

  • After agreeing on the equipment and rental cost, you must conclude a rental agreement and pay the remaining 80% of the rental cost for the selected time. The rental agreement is drawn up either directly at the rental point or can be delivered to your room along with the equipment.

To sign a rental agreement you need:

  • Passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation or a cash deposit covering the cost of rented equipment.
  • Payment is made for the entire duration of the ride; cash and bank cards are accepted for payment. Inventory is issued on a daily basis; if inventory is returned later than the paid time, hourly pricing applies.

Procedure for returning rental equipment:

  • When returning sports equipment, a rental employee checks the technical condition of all equipment. In case of damage or breakdowns, the amount of damage caused is withheld from the cash deposit or paid to the rental office.
