HOW TO PAY FOR CLASSES?
For convenience, payment is made in 2 stages:
1. You submit a request on the website or through an operator, receive a voucher by email, and pay a 10% advance payment to reserve a place in the group for the desired dates.
2. Full payment for services is made one week before the start of classes by credit card on the payment system website, in euros!
HOW TO CANCEL A BOOKING?
It's easy! Simply reply to the email you received the confirmation with your wish to cancel your reservation. Please include your full name and the card number used to make the prepayment. You can cancel up to 3 days before the start of your class, with no fees! If you don't show up for class, your prepayment is non-refundable.
HOW TO CANCEL SCHOOL CLASSES?
In the event of cancellation of classes at school, the following conditions apply:
- In case of cancellation, the funds paid for the course are not refunded, but can be transferred to any other school service;
- In the event of cancellation due to injury or illness of an adult or child, money will be refunded for missed classes. A hospital or doctor's note is required.

Private lessons can be of any duration. Discounts for multi-day lessons are calculated individually. Please contact our operators!
IF IT'S YOUR FIRST TIME?
Children aged 5 and up progress confidently through individual lessons with an instructor. The program is designed to help them master proper technique in a fun, safe way on a slope.
Very young children, 3-4 years old, master the technique in a playful way.
Older children and adults easily master the technique and, upon completion of the course, can ski down the green and blue slopes of any resort.
DO YOU NEED A SKIPASS?
Children of all ages and adults are required to have a ski pass to access the level where group and individual instruction takes place!
